Pear and chocolate is such a lovely combination. We used our classic Frangipane recipe- with the addition of cocoa powder, ginger and cinnamon.

Ingredients
  

Frangipane Recipe:

  • 90 g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 Paneton sweet pastry
  • 3 pears

    For orders placed to be delivered out of Auckland, there may be delays due to the increased volume of orders going through the Courier Post network. We do use an Overnight Courier Post service and are doing our best to try and get your delicious goods to you as quickly as possible.
