The kids put them in the cold oven before going to bed and voilà, the next morning they have risen and are ready to bake. The smell in the kitchen, seeing the croissants turning golden, and finally eating them still warm from the oven. That is the real French experience with Paneton!

approx. 50g per piece approx. 100g per piece

 

Baking Instructions:

You get the look and feel of being the baker yourself, you get the smell of the bakery in your own home.

  1. Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  2. Place in cold oven overnight or 6 to 8 hours before baking
  3. Preheat your oven to 180°C
  4. Brush with egg wash
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they are golden brown
