Golden Queen Peach Almond Tart

The best part with of baking a tart is how easy it is to put together and enjoy right out of the oven! This recipe is in the same vein, featuring golden queen peaches and a sprinkle of almonds.

Feta, Thyme and Honey loaded Paris Sourdough loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Paneton Paris Sourdough Loaf
  • 80 g butter melted
  • 2 tbs thyme fresh chopped
  • 2 tbs parsley fresh chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g feta
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • 1 tbs honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with paper
  • Cut the loaf into diagonal slices, 4 cm thick – part way down the loaf, so that it's still attached at the base
  • Then, slice in the other direction, creating a diamond shape across the loaf
  • In a bowl, add crushed garlic, feta, herbs and grated cheese. With a fork, mash to a roughly combined mixture.
  • Pour melted butter over cheese mix and combine
  • Spoon the cheese mix into the sliced loaf – this is a little fiddly and you may need to use your fingers to help it into all the slices
  • Drizzle with honey and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted
  • Serve with soup or simply as a delicious snack
