Golden Queen Peach Almond Tart

Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll Paneton flaky pastry
  • 4 golden queen peaches
  • 3 tbsp almonds sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper or use a cake pan to hold the pastry in shape while baking
  • Cut pastry to size – use a plate to cut the pastry around your pan if you want this disk shape
  • Slice fruit up and arrange onto the pastry disk
  • Sprinkle with a little sugar and almonds
  • Bake until golden brown and pastry is cooked through – approximately 15 to 20 minutes
  • Serve warm with a dollop of ice cream
