Golden Queen Peach Almond Tart
Ingredients
- 1 roll Paneton flaky pastry
- 4 golden queen peaches
- 3 tbsp almonds sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C
- Line a baking tray with baking paper or use a cake pan to hold the pastry in shape while baking
- Cut pastry to size – use a plate to cut the pastry around your pan if you want this disk shape
- Slice fruit up and arrange onto the pastry disk
- Sprinkle with a little sugar and almonds
- Bake until golden brown and pastry is cooked through – approximately 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve warm with a dollop of ice cream
