Preheat the oven to 180°C
Blitz all veggies in a fine texture
In a pan, fry the veggies until they are tender and mostly cooked
Allow to cool before combining with meat
You will need a large mixing bowl - the best way is to use your hands and squeeze the mix until they are combined
Line a baking tray with paper and place the pastry
Add meat mix down the middle
Press cubes of feta into the centre of the meat mix
Evenly slice the pastry into strips to plait
Brush egg wash over the pastry
Bake 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown
