Potato Silverbeet Tart

Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll Paneton savoury pastry
  • 2 cups silverbeet lightly sautéed
  • 1 cup potato cubes al dente
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Butter a tin or use baking paper and line it with pastry
  3. In a bowl, mix silverbeet with eggs
  4. Pour onto the pastry
  5. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds over the top
  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown
