Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C
Line a baking tray with baking paper (we used a cake pan to hold it in shape while cooking this time)
Cut Flaky pastry to size - we used a dinner plate and cut around for the shape
Slice fruit up and arrange onto the pastry disk
Sprinkle with a little sugar and almonds
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C then reduce to 170°C and cook until golden and pastry is cooked through
Serve with a dollop of cream or ice cream
