lightly sautéed

potato cubes
al dente

eggs
whisked

milk

sunflower seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Butter a tin or use baking paper and line it with pastry
In a bowl, mix silverbeet with eggs
Pour onto the pastry
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds over the top
Bake for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown
