Beef Burger façon Paneton

Beef Burger façon Paneton

Ingredients
  

  • Paneton soft rolls with sesame seeds
  • 300 g beef mince
  • 1 courgette or beetroot grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 handful mint and parsley fresh, finely chopped
  • salt & pepper
  • 100 g butter

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all patty ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • Divide into 6 balls, shape and press down to size
  • Cook in a hot pan till cooked through
  • Cut soft rolls in half
  • Heat butter in a fry pan and place rolls cut side down
  • Cook till golden and otasted
  • Fill your burgers with lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles and relish
